Yes. We can't show you the attic if you're not there. It's the part of the inspection that matters most.
What if I don't need a new roof?
Then the report says so. Some reports say “you don't need a new roof yet.” We send those too.
How many free inspections do you do a week?
About 20. That's how many we can do properly, attic included. When the week is full, you get the next open slot, not a rushed visit.
