The short version: we collect what we need to schedule your inspection and do the job. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't helping us do that.
This website is operated by Black Diamond Roofing LLC (“Black Diamond,” “we,” “us”), a roofing contractor licensed in Oregon, CCB #219931. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site and by phone, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly and a small amount that your browser sends automatically.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inspection, your project and follow-up on it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on the phone. We do not send marketing texts to people who haven't asked for them.

If Black Diamond is ever sold or merged, customer records would transfer with the business under this same policy.
Photos and video from your inspection are yours to keep and ours to use for your report, your bid and the work itself. We sometimes use photos of finished roofs on this site and in our materials. We don't show house numbers, street names or anything that identifies you, and if you'd rather we not use photos of your home at all, tell us and we won't.
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, plus any set by the analytics tool named above to count visits and see which pages people read. We don't use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though the booking form may not remember what you typed.
Inquiries that never become a job are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Records of completed jobs, including the report, contract and warranty registration, are kept for as long as the warranty runs plus the period Oregon law requires, because you may need them. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
To do any of these, email admin@blackdiamondsroofing.com or call (541) 961-6524. We answer within a few business days. If you are an Oregon resident, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act may give you additional rights, and we will honor a verified request made under it.
We keep customer records in password-protected systems, limit who on our team can see them, and use providers that encrypt data in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send us payment card numbers by email or text.
This site is for property owners and managers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, the new version goes here with a new effective date. Changes that affect how we use information you already gave us will be explained at the top of the page.
