Black Diamond Roofing did a complete tear off and replacement of my shingle roof. I got bids from 8 companies and Black Diamond's bid was in the middle but the warranty they offer was exceptional. The project took 2.5 days. They did a fabulous job on the roof and left the property as clean as they found it. I would definitely recommend.

My experience with Black Diamond was fantastic. I went with them after getting a number of bids. The product they use and the addition of a ridgeline vent set them apart and they were also cheaper than some of the other quotes I got. The installation crew was fantastic and completed the entire project in 2 days, even after being down a guy on the first day. All in all,a great experience.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Rodrigo from Black Diamond Roofing honestly deserves one. From the start, he was just super easy to work with—no pressure, no salesy vibe, just straight-up honest and helpful. He walked me through what needed to be done, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and was always quick to respond when I had questions. What I appreciated most was how on top of everything he was. He kept me updated, showed up when he said he would, and made sure the job was done right. The crew was solid too—worked hard, cleaned up well, and the roof looks great. It's not always easy finding people you can trust for this kind of work, but Rodrigo is definitely one of them. If you're in Oregon and need roofing done, I'd recommend reaching out to him.

I had a leak coming through a pipe flashing on a cold, windy, rainy night in January. I called Black Dimond Roofing at 7 PM, and Rodrigo had his team at my house by 8:30 PM. They quickly identified the issue and secured the area with a tarp that same night. After comparing their quote with three others, I found them very reasonable. Most importantly, Rodrigo showed up when I truly needed help. I highly recommend Black Dimond Roofing.

Black Diamond came out to give me an estimate on roof replacement, it's something I had been wanting/needing to do for a bit. They were able to work with me and my time lone to get it done. They were professional and very helpful. My roof looks great and I am glad I don't have to worry about that for the next 30 years.😅 Thanks BDR Team.

Had the free inspection appointment from a cold call since they were coming to the neighborhood to work on a neighbor's roof. Erick Cruz was the one that came. He was punctual and clear in communication on ETA ahead of the appointment, gave me an honest feedback on the status of my roof, and some tips on safety if I'd want to go on the roof myself. Overall had a pleasant experience with Erick and Blackdiamond roofing.

I'm happy to recommend Black Diamond. Their salesperson, Martin, was professional and responsive and worked with my solar panel installation company to get the financing in order. The crew was fast, considerate and paid attention to detail. I feel they did an excellent job at a competitive price.

Black Diamond inspected and installed my home with a new roof. They are responsive problem-solvers and provide quality shingle options for installing new roofing. They will also answer all your questions about price and do a thorough inspection before they begin the work. I had an older roof with several layers of old shingles, and I was worried about finding additional problems once the old shingles were removed. They walked me through the process and gave me a couple of bids - one for a worst-case scenario and another based on their best estimation after an inspection. Older roof jobs can be tricky because you can't always see the full scope of work up front, but they worked with me to give me the whole picture. No other roofing company gave me the same quality salesmanship or care during the bidding process. There was a slight snafu when they did the work because the weather was erratic, and a tarp flew off during a torrential downpour, which caused a temporary leak. Even though I freaked out, Black Diamond was 100% responsive and professional, and they fixed everything to my satisfaction. Also, they provided me with a discount for the accidental hassle. I'm sharing this story because it's a testament to their dedication to customer service and problem-solving abilities. $hi% happens from time to time, despite everyone's best efforts. And when it does, you want to work with accountable folks who care about making things right. Black Diamond Roofing is a company that will do just that. The new roof looks great, and I'm grateful for their accountability and dedication to customer service at a fair and reasonable cost. You'll be in good hands if you hire Black Diamond Roofing in the Portland area.

Rodrigo and his team have done an excellent job in our house. He came personally to explain the materials that he had to offer us and the one that best suited our needs, he answered each of our questions and thus be able to decide which was the best option. The work was quite professional and incredibly fast. We are totally satisfied with the result. *Let me highly recommend it in all aspects, quality and price in perfect combination*

This company has just finished the roof tear-off and reinstall on my house, because of delivery time the crew was not able to even start the tear-off process until after 2pm Friday afternoon and it was very cold (34*f) with a strong wind and mix of rain, hail and snow but they worked extremely hard and fast to get half torn off and recovered before any water got in and on the second and 3rd days they had the same weather and worse including lightning but there persistence to get it finished was unrivaled in the industry and minus a small amount of ridge cap did finish by 6pm Sunday. I felt it only needed 1 final thing and that was to buy them poor hard working guys a 6 pack they definitely earned it...the only part that I regret is hiring DaBella to do the job when Black Diamond did the real work. You 3 guys are awesome. I will recommend you to anyone I know.

I was very happy with the jobs done to my home. Black Diamond Roofing was very professional ,clean and Covid safe while on the job. I would recommend this Company to anyone doing a roof or gutters to their home. Happy customer indeed.

• Kkevin dieter2021

The guys were amazing at Black Diamond! The salesman Kimo was no pressure and I received quotes from several. They were more honest about what they could offer for my home and helped me to arrive at the best option. Others in their estimates were pushing for options Kimo explained would not fit my home. I can't speak highly enough about Kimo and Black Diamond Roofing! Thank you for such a great job.
